The $DOWNer DAO

The $DOWNer DAO is an inclusive community and DAO assembled to govern the $DOWN Vault token (an experimental new format for 'social tokens'), as well as to optimize and formalize the "social tokens 2.0" blueprint, or "the $DOWN standard".
