Intersection of Web3, Business, Law, and Families

Professionals have long struggled with finding balance between business and family life. There have been many thought leaders offering different viewpoints on this and related issues. Law has also evolved to address issues in this realm. Now with the advent of Web3, we have an opportunity to not only reconsider the balance between business and family life in the context of Web3 technologies and platforms, but to also consider how Web3 can enhance both business and family life. In addition, we have a responsibility to consider how Web3 may have negative impacts if not preemptively addressed. By so doing, we can work together to avoid as many negative impacts as possible. In this endeavor, we may consider how law should evolve in light of the widely growing adoption of Web3 in both business and family life.
