Bakkt, the cryptocurrency subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), has completed the acquisition of trading platform Apex Crypto for $155 million. The deal will give Bakkt access to Apex’s blockchain technology and enable it to further develop its cryptocurrency offerings. Apex Crypto’s existing clients will also have access to Bakkt’s suite of trading and custody services.
