I often Coach my clients on the psychology of sales & certain words to AVOID when speaking to their potential leads & prospects… trust me, this makes a HUGE difference to the messages you send people & the way you say certain things, can influence others psychologically.

>> OPEN <<

E.g 1️⃣ - ‘Are you INTERESTED to learn more about our products & services?’

Person 1️⃣ replies - “Nah, I’m not really interested and I’m OK thanks.”

VS ⬇️

E.g 2️⃣ - ‘Are you OPEN to learn more about our products & services?’

Person 2️⃣ replies - “Sure, I’m open & I’d like to learn more so feel free to share more info with me :)
