How do you take rejection?

Rejection is a huge pain.

I remember how bad I felt when trying to market research at a park; everybody was brushing me away.

We were trying to collect data on why people come to a park. This was for our marketing project in my MBA, and we were trying to pitch some ideas on increasing visitors to another park.

Since then, I have been rejected a lot (for funding, projects, and business), it still feels terrible, but I have learned to accept the rejection and continue to move on.

I have learned over the years that one should not take rejection personally. Clients or bosses might reject your idea, but they are not leaving you as a person.

So remember to learn from these rejections and find new ways to improve yourself.
