For any tech startup to grow, it must have a solid foundation it builds upon. This is what a good operational structure is for any tech startup. 

We work with tech startups for twenty (20) weeks, that is, 5 months, and we help them build a business that functions without them using our S.I.T. framework.

SIT stands for “Strategy. Implementation. Training.”

STRATEGY: During this stage, the Ziyel Team does a thorough analysis to determine the current state of the company. This is achieved by having one-on-one deep dive calls with the founder and each team member. The Ziyel Team gets an in-depth understanding of each team member’s role, responsibilities, and KPIs, and determines how each role interacts with and affects others within the company. After the analysis is done, a strategic goal-oriented action plan is then designed by the Ziyel team to address these challenges. This serves as a guide and provides a clear timeline for the next stages.

IMPLEMENTATION: This stage is where the work truly begins. This is where the goal-oriented plan that was designed to guide the process is executed. However, this stage is not exactly straightforward as the Ziyel Team must constantly iterate and improve the solutions until a customized solution has been implemented for the team. Documentation and creation of SOPs will also take place in this stage.

TRAINING: This stage is where the team is indoctrinated to ensure they fully maximize and execute the systems the Ziyel team has put in place. Systems cannot work except when executed properly, so this stage ensures that they understand how each system works. They get to ask their questions and also suggest more convenient ways to achieve their tasks that improve their efficiency and output. This stage also ensures that the systems can be built upon (remember, they are only a solid foundation), and can be taught to new hires even as the company evolves and scales.
