Are you utilising the power of humour in your content?

I have always advocated for adding humour to content and even applications. Our tools are always so serious and professional.

Why can't we have some fun?

Today I wanted to download a VPN to check out Claude.ai (which has yet to be available in India) and was made aware by TunnelBear that VPN was no longer allowed in India.

The best part was the funny pop-up that Tunnelbear used to convey this message. It has a crying bear looking at the Tunnel, which has been nailed shut.

Even if I cannot use the tool, I will remember it for its humour and most likely look at using it in the future when it is available for use.

So find ways to use humour in your tools, websites, apps and content. Make your user's experience a little more fun.
