The reason I'm inclined to agree with ANDREW TATE about DEPRESSION. 

Isn't for agreement sake. 

I know how it feels to know that you’re capable of more, but not doing anything about it 

or incapable doing something about because of finances or other circumstance. 

Anecdotally, everytime I've been depressed or spoken to a fellow man who was depressed. 

It boiled down to that. 

Desiring to do X. To improve their lives, but didn't know how to overcome the obstacles. 

Then you're in this stagnated state of discomfort and depression.
