I recommend posting in the jobs/gigs! I'm sure plenty of people would love to volunteer/intern! 

Ooh you are everywhere ~ one note for your team, I didn't even see that you had replied! That's a great idea -- is it okay to post about volunteer positions like that? We realized there are so many great folks out there who can't get work because they have a bad resume etc...
