Good Afternoon, I know it isn't easy to stay the course. Over the last two years, building Onboard60 & getting it to where it is today, there have been ups and downs, highlights and devastating lows. The one thing I've done consistently is show up. I will show up and moan about how things aren't the way I want them to be and I will show up talking about my accomplishments and what's new in today's world. The point is building anything whether a project, a business or a community, it's a rollercoaster.
