There is nothing wrong with negotiating an outcome that leans favorably to your side. Ideally, compromises should result in a win-win situation. You’re happy and the other party is happy 😊 You can be negotiating for a lower rate with your insurance company, a cheaper price for a product you’re purchasing, or an outcome that includes something that wasn’t previously included like a “bonus” The issue is, this requires you to speak up.
