We held the mediation in our virtual metaverse space, and everyone enjoyed the process and outcome.

Over the last year, I've noticed more and more people asking for digital mediation. Based on my personal experiences, I see Zoom and metaverse mediations becoming the norm and not the exception.

The parties I'm mediating cases for using Zoom or virtual spaces are fans, too.
