Way too often we forget to keep in touch with the people that matter most in us achieving professional and personal goals. Life gets busy and we forget to keep those relationships warm. What always happens? We go long periods of time without reaching out and when we do go to them for advice, a new job, or anything else, it feels ingenuine and transactional.
