Hello! In 2020, amidst the pandemic, I founded a cleaning business at the age of 19. Initially, we were making around $1,300, split between myself and a worker basically around 500 per month for the worker and me and 300 for supplies(it’s an around number). Fast forward to today at age 22, my company is generating over $130,000 annually, relying primarily on organic clients with minimal marketing, just the same website I created in 2020 and good recommendations. We still the same two workers. Impressively, I managed to purchase my first house at the age of 22. I'm passionate about this business, but our Achilles' heel is customer service for acquiring new clients. We struggle to respond to calls and emails promptly due to our busy workload, resulting in missed opportunities as 60% of inquiries have moved on to other companies by the time we reply.

Now, I'm faced with a dilemma. Should we hire more staff to handle customer service, even though it might strain our finances? Despite my recent achievements, I'm unsure about the best course of action. Do you have any advice to offer?

Hi,kenier Moore, lossing customer is not the best. I will suggest you hire a customer service person and retain your customers and more clients will rush in.it might affect your finances at first but you will gain it back.my little advice.
