I recently read an article (link below) based on this impactful statement. Simply making a product easier to use or more convenient is not a comprehensive or well-defined product strategy on its own. While improving usability and user experience is important, it's just one aspect of product development. A robust product strategy typically involves a more comprehensive approach that considers various elements like Market Understanding, Value Proposition, Monetization Strategy, Marketing and Promotion.
