On my journey to becoming a software engineer, I had to hone in on opportunities that could put me in the best position to win. 

I narrowed my focus to 3 options: Code Platoon, Galvanize: Operation Level Up, and Microsoft Software & Systems Academy. Throughout the process I noticed something drastic. 

Not only did Code Platoon have excellent reviews, but getting into their 15 week immersive full stack software engineering program was extremely difficult (for someone who only had self study hours under their belt). 

This consisted of 50+ hours of introductory work, 10 coding challenges, a video submission explaining my code, a technical interview, 4 weeks of pre-work, and I’ve just began foundations of programming earlier this week (4 weeks of 3.5 hours each night). 

I’m excited to announce that I will be starting the Code Platoon’s immersive full-stack software engineering cohort this October!
