My daughter before the State of South Dakota illegally removed her from her mother and I and terminated our First Amendment Constitutional rights to care and provide for our children as we saw fit. We were unfairly targeted because due to our being a low income family and we were discriminated against. I not only had my Constitutional rights violated but my protestation of innocence was met with violence. The police actually drew their weapons on unarmed civilians and threatened to shoot them if they did not comply with their demands. As a nation we have been taken hostage.
