Day or Project rates. I like this because people stop watching the clock & focus on the work. In the creative world it's too much stress to get the performances when their mind is on the time. Sometimes it's quick & sometimes it can take a whole day. If the price is the same the goal what is important. I find this can be applied to many industries as my experience has taught me talented people work best when free.
