🧠 F.E.A.R is just an ILLUSION 🪞

I’m sure all my personal development loving friends have heard of this concept before:

E vidence  |  Everything
A ppearing  |  And
R eal  |  Rise

It’s true.

FEAR is just an illusion often created by false narratives & stories that we make up in our mind, which we then convert into truth but, in reality, it’s all False Evidence Appearing Real.

Don’t allow your mind to convince you that you’re not good enough, or worthy enough, or smart enough to make wise decisions for yourself because you must always be in control.

Those silly stories aren’t real.
Don’t believe & entertain them.
Act fast and follow your instincts.

YOU can do incredible things when you believe in yourself and stay in control of your mind🧠
