As the year is about to end I want to share my experience and story with you dear friend. 

A story about switching careers, feeling unsuccessful, starting from the bottom (again), and failing forward all day. 

This year has shaken the grounds of my stability and what the word "success" means to me. 

I found myself quite the student, and this made me prudent. ☀️📖

I have had to ask myself what does it mean to be successful, and feel successful in a world that is ever changing and uncertain financially as well as emotionally. 

Do you know the answer? 

In the beginning of the year I shared with you the painful mindset shift I had to make; I had to to stop doing so much to just being. 

That meant being vulnerable, being afraid and being honest with myself at the end of the day. 

Those who know me, know I'm a busy bee🐝.
Listen the "Homies" couldn't trap me😂🤷🏽‍♀️

I can work all day and night, you feel me? 

But with all that doing, I was still not going anywhere, financially, emotionally and socially. 

I had to learn that... 

Being* present, Being* okay with where I am at in life and Being* a work in progress is what made glad. 

In my experience I learned it is okay to start from the bottom again, I learned that it is okay to "be" mis-understood, mis-independent from people's opinions and make mis-takes. 

This is how we learn, grow and get back and with the universal flow. 

I want to share 8 things I have learned this year... 🖤💛🖤 🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝

1. May you always remember that if your career, and "definition of success" did not turn out the way you wanted it to be, remember that life had to intervene and open your eyes, honey... 

2. Remember that failing forward is the greatest form of success; it teaches you humility, resilience and how to be the best. 

3. Allow yourself to grow and change careers you know. 

4. Allow yourself to expand and learn through the contractions, man. 

5. Give yourself grace by experiencing obstacles in within each race. 

6. Silence the outer noise when you are trying to navigate your inner voice. 

7. People will call you crazy or broke, people will say you don't know what you are "doing" and you're not "woke" but keep going and keep moving. 

8. Always share your story and allow your personal failures to turn into glory.
