Hey there! This is my first post ever here. 

So, let's talk about Traditional projects. I'll do my best to explain things in a way that's easy to understand.

Have you ever had to do the dishes right after you've cooked and cleaned the kitchen, just like your mom asked you to? Well, Traditional projects are kind of like that. They require tasks to be completed in a specific order, one after the other.

But, when it comes to bigger and more complex projects like building a house, it's a bit more complicated than just doing the dishes. You have to make sure that each step is completed before moving on to the next one. So, before laying the foundation, you need to level the land first, and so on.

In Traditional projects, there are five stages - initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure - and each stage must be completed one after the other with accuracy. Skipping a step can cause problems down the line that can't be undone.
