How often do you update or think of upgrading your skills to stay relevant or employable in this fast evolving world? 

Back in the day our parents generation their skills set lasted 30 years that’s pretty much the time they spent on one job 

Before that grandparents era their skills lasted a life time! 

Now someone who built his skills in his 20s is already feeling redundant in his late 40s and he has another 20 yrs of working life left. 

Yes the world is evolving exponentially faster than it did two lifespans ago. 

So the question is would you unlearn learn an relearn at 50? Are you going to be inflexible or your inner curious child is still alive?
