This Thursday at Western State College of Law, we’ll be diving into the new legal challenges and opportunities reshaped by AI and new tech. Think legal industry AI related shake-ups, the chaos of Deepfakes, and the minefield of privacy liability.

We're tackling the tough questions in torts remedies, like defamation and right of publicity, not to mention the potential privacy developments we see brewing with spatial computing, the metaverse and devices like the Apple Vision Pro (I’m a fan but everyone needs to be careful). And yes, we'll navigate the murky waters of ChatGPT in journalism and copyright, alongside issues associated with data protection and IP rights.
