A random thought entered my mind today as I was trying to self diagnose my mental state… How do you expand your network when crippling introversion increases with age? It’s not the case with everyone, but it’s significantly noticeable from my observation of relationships over the years. In the U.S., I feel that the pandemic exacerbated reclusion and anxiety. This poll was alarming, yet I found a slight bit of comfort knowing I wasn’t the only one struggling with mental health.
