Discipline has been a game changer for me, learning to release the outcome. I’ve noticed that the days I’m not able to be disciplined, there is some outcome that I’m afraid of, or I am afraid of the outcome that I’ve gotten in the past. The fear of failure and rejection 😰, what I’ve learned is that I’m not in control of the outcome. I’m in control of the amount of volume I put out 📈, the more volume, quality volume to be specific. The better off I’ll be. I can’t control the outcome, so I cannot allow that to affect what I can control. What’s something that’s holding you back? 🤔
