I started a leadership newsletter. Like everyone else, I'm always looking to improve. The problem is when it comes to management, I have to rely on my book collection or the occasional HBR article. Maybe I didn't expand my search, but the newsletters I signed up for sucked. The quality of the content was fine, but many of them talked about everything but leadership. Quite confusing, I know. If I somehow made it through the coaching sales pitch, it then talked about AI or included a hyperlink to a Forbes article. All to say it didn't take long before I unsubscribed. Don't get me wrong.
