Hi All, we just had a great discussion and the time just flew by, thanks in particular to @Randy Rijkschroeff and @Jay C Swalley for your contributions as usual, and to @Wolfy_Photos for being brave enough to be a speaker and give an opinion during the conversation. Great stuff about trust really came out of it, but also the dynamics of how people can delegate properly and use interdependence as a way to grow.
