Reading Hacking Growth by Sean Ellis and Morgan Brown have been eye-opening for me. Recently, I learnt a lot about the first process in a Funnel - Acquisition. Firstly, you have to make sure and assess the situation of your business that your customers' LTV > COA (if Cost of Acquisition is greater or less than the Lifetime Value). Also, ensuring that you have the right language/market fit; product/channel fit; and product/incentive fit. Inside these "fits" are plethora of experimentation and optimization to finding the right fit for your product. Kindly let me know to your thoughts about Growth Hacking. Thank you!
