Recently, with regards to my studies in the Google UX Design Course on Coursera, I looked at the 'Characteristics of a good UX design'.🚀

Good design is often easy to recognize, but what exactly makes it effective for users? 

Whether you're designing a website, app, or product, these hashtag#four_principles can guide you in creating an exceptional user experience:

🔵 hashtag#Usable: A product is usable when it's clear, structured, and easy to navigate. Users should be able to accomplish their tasks effortlessly, with everything they need easily accessible.
Think about an airline app where booking a flight is straightforward and intuitive... that's good usability in action.

🟡 hashtag#Equitable: Equity in design means catering to a diverse audience, ensuring that everyone... regardless of background, gender, race, or ability—has a high-quality experience.
An example could be a social messaging app that includes diverse emoji options, catering to different skin tones and gender-neutral avatars. It’s about providing what users need to enhance their lives.

🟢 hashtag#Enjoyable: An enjoyable design goes beyond functionality to delight the user, creating a positive connection. Features like personalized recommendations or customizable interfaces in a video streaming app can make the experience more engaging and memorable.
Enjoyable designs keep users coming back!

🟠 hashtag#Useful: A product is useful when it effectively solves user problems. It’s about adding value and helping users achieve their goals. For instance, a banking app is useful when it allows users to manage their money, transfer funds, and pay bills effortlessly.
Usefulness is the core reason users turn to your product.

These four characteristics— usable, equitable, enjoyable, and useful... are the pillars of good UX design.

They help us create products that not only meet user needs but also enhance their overall experience.
