 Thought for today: Who do you follow? Who is your mentor? And who follows you? A group like Entre has great possibility to bring out the best in people. The people around us don't always have good outlets unless we invite them or become their guide, mentor, friend, etc. Leading is a privilege, and the people you care about deserve someone to help them be the best version of themselves. That's not to impose the idea of what that best version looks like upon them, but ask them to try new things and come to a realization that they are capable of things they didn't know they could do. Helping expand a person's view of their life and their own abilities is life changing for them and for us when we help others. Everyone grows in that scenario.
