sometimes yes it can be, but not always… 😏

negative feedback can help with perspective.

nobody is ‘perfect’ and we all have flaws.
so there’s sometimes value in feedback.

however, most of the time it’s not helpful.
it comes across judgemental & opinionated.

there’s some people who are just pure evil.
there’s some people who don’t have a life.
there’s some people who are very hurt.

so always remind yourself that…
hurt people, hurt other people.

it’s a reflection of themself.
it’s not always you.
