We've all heard it: "The grass is always greener on the other side." 

It's a saying that whispers in our ears, tempting us to chase what we think we're missing. 

For a long time, I hashtag#believed it. 

☸ I was stuck in the corporate hamster wheel, constantly looking over the fence at the supposed greener pastures of other careers, other companies, other lives.

💡 But here's the truth: the grass isn't greener, it's just different. 

And sometimes, that difference isn't always better. 

→ It's just...different.

I finally realised that the grass I was longing for wasn't on the other side of the fence at all. 

🧠 It was within me, waiting to be cultivated. 

→ I had been so focused on the external, on what others were doing, that I had forgotten to tend my own garden.

→ So, I took a leap. 

I left the corporate world behind, and I'm choosing to cultivate something different. 

😊 Something that aligns with my values, my passions, and my dreams. 

→ It's not always easy. 

🎢 There are ups and downs, moments of doubt, and the occasional pang of nostalgia for the familiar.

But I'm learning to embrace the journey. 

→ To find joy in the process.

→ To bounce back from setbacks, to adjust to change, and to remain optimistic about the possibilities that lie ahead.

There's a whole world out there, and I'm ready to explore it.
