in 2020, when i shared my TEDx talk,

why? doesn’t really seem like an idea right?
or even a really big deal.

but trust me, most people around us today,
really struggle with consistency & action.

take it from someone whose been coaching
for over 6yrs professionally and has spoken
with countless people daily, for over a decade.

these 2 struggles have always showed up
for my clients but also many people i chat with.

it’s so easy to start something.
it’s also very easy to end something.

the hardest part, is maintaining
the consistency to keep taking action.
