I had an excellent experience at the Bangkok Airways DCA Terminal since the staff's kindness and promptness made everything easy. The small yet comfortable terminal has plenty of chairs. I appreciate the clear signs and easy-to-follow directions. A little café serves drinks and snacks, and there are a few shops. I had a short wait because security moved quickly. Overall, the trip was peaceful and pleasant.
