i used to struggle with this big time until…

believe it or not, there was once a day, over a decade ago, that the guy you now see confidently speaking, coaching & hosting
meet-up events today, absolutely sucked at communicating 🤢

yup! true story! 👀

i was super shy, introverted & had huge social anxiety! yes! me! not believable right? 😬

everybody sees this bold, super confident version of me now… 😎

nobody saw the journey of me actually getting here, by investing countless amounts of time + money into myself over the last 10yrs because our life can only change, when WE change🕊️

so, if i can invest heavily in my own personal growth + healing, then what’s your excuse?😌
