About the Role
As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in driving new client growth by building relationships, identifying opportunities, and ensuring a seamless client onboarding experience. If you’re passionate about sales, have a strong tech understanding, and thrive in a results-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities:
Identify and Attract Clients: Research and connect with potential clients in the web development and blockchain/NFT sectors.
Lead Generation: Build and manage a pipeline of prospects using creative outreach strategies.
Client Engagement: Initiate conversations with leads, understand their needs, and position our services as the ideal solution.
Close Deals: Collaborate with the team to deliver tailored proposals and finalize agreements with clients.
Analyze & Optimize: Use analytics tools to track performance and optimize strategies for client acquisition.

What We’re Looking For
Tech-Savvy Background: A basic understanding of web development and blockchain technologies is essential.
Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in tech or Web3.
Fluent English: Strong English communication skills (C1–C2 level) for global client interaction.
Self-Driven: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate clients in different time zones.
