~ First Thing ~ Every day, when we open our eyes & get up, typically we have a routine that we start. Some of us might pray, some might make their bed, some might use the bathroom & brush their teeth, or even go get some coffee. Some of us might even read some spiritual-motivational-related literature Some of us, when we skip a part of our daily routine in the morning, we feel unbalanced. Our day feels like it is thrown off.
