I was recently given an opportunity to spend some time in the Etihad Airways New York Office and I must admit, it was an experience well worth having. The employees there were incredibly professional, friendly, and keen on helping me out with all of my travel plans. Whether the inquiry was ticket modification, luggage questions, or basic flight info, they had everything under control with a smile. The office itself is also easy to find and well-maintained, so it's great for people who require on-site assistance.
