Hi! I was recently able to go to the United Airlines San Jose Office and I was really impressed with how things went. As soon as I entered, the employees welcomed me with hospitality and professionalism. The office is neat, well kept, and provides a comfortable setting for customers. I liked how promptly they answered my questions and assisted me with my travel arrangements. The customer service agents were patient and well-informed, walking me through several options for my flight and giving good advice on the airport and check-in procedures.
