I required assistance with my pending flight, and the personnel there were exceptionally friendly and professional. They gave me a smile and made the entire process uncomplicated and stress-free. I had some concerns regarding my ticket and baggage allowance, and they clarified all this for me clearly without hurrying me along. It was such a relief to speak with people who truly cared and took time to assist. They even helped me book my flight and provided me with useful travel advice for my trip. The office itself is tidy, systematic, and readily accessible, which made all of it so much more convenient. It's good to know there's a local Air Cairo staff here in Bali who are that helpful and prompt. If you're taking a flight with Air Cairo and would need assistance when you're already in Bali, I highly recommend dropping by their office. It made my traveling experience a lot easier.
