The check-in process at Row U was quick and easy, and the personnel was nice. Immigration and security were efficiently run, with Business Class and Miles&Smiles Elite members having preferential lanes. The Turkish Airlines BKK Terminal Lounge by Concourse E was fantastic; it has showers, Wi-Fi, delicious cuisine, and comfortable chairs.
