The office was clean and contemporary in style, and the information we needed was readily available to see around the room. The most impressive thing was how patient the staff were. We had some rather complex questions, particularly regarding baggage allowances and transit flights, and they explained everything in great detail, ensuring we knew all the ins and outs. They even gave us advice on how to get around the airport in Japan, which proved to be extremely helpful. Overall, the experience was highly smooth. We left with a sense of confidence and anticipation for our coming journey, knowing that Japan Airlines was going to take care of our traveling needs.
