Another fact I found interesting about startups - Paying attention to your customers is important since 14% of startups fail due to not regarding customers’ needs. Every industry is all about the customer mentality - whether you're in entertainment or software, it's all about satisfying a customer. Something that seems so common sense is just completely disregarded by some companies, and that's why 14% of startups fail. We usually think startups fail due to poor funding, or lack of good leadership, but in actuality, some times, it's just the little things that matter.
