I recently went to the Royal Jordanian Airlines Riyadh Office. I had a good experience when The employees responded to my questions in a timely, polite, and professional manner. There was a friendly sitting space and the office was nice and orderly. Regarding flight reservations and policies, the customer support agents were informed and gave concise information. However, because of the large number of customers, there was a little delay during peak hours. The crew showed a strong dedication to helping passengers, and the service was satisfactory overall.
