One more interesting startup quote, and tomorrow will be our last one for this week: Over 99% of U.S. businesses are considered small (less than 500 employees). This is extremely interesting because we think of major corporations - Google, Amazon, etc. being the foundation of our economy, but in actuality, 99% of our businesses are small businesses, aka startups, and yet, we don't have enough support for our small businesses. A lot of small businesses come up with new ideas, new technologies, but big corporations often overshadow it. It's time to raise awareness for these small businesses because they make our economy what it is.
