I recently had to go to the Southwest Airlines Cancún Office to resolve a couple of problems with my flight. I booked my tickets months prior but needed to alter my departure time due to some personal issues. I had heard reviews that were somewhat mixed, so I didn't know what to anticipate, but I'd rate it as an average experience. The office itself is relatively easy to locate in the airport, although it wasn't well indicated. I had to ask directions, but once I did get to the office, the procedure was fairly straightforward.
