I recently had to go to the Southwest Airlines Cancún Office to resolve a couple of problems with my flight. I booked my tickets months prior but needed to alter my departure time due to some personal issues. I had heard reviews that were somewhat mixed, so I didn't know what to anticipate, but I'd rate it as an average experience. The office itself is relatively easy to locate in the airport, although it wasn't well indicated. I had to ask directions, but once I did get to the office, the procedure was fairly straightforward. The people working there were polite enough, although I didn't think that they did anything extra for me. They assisted me in changing my flight and explained the information to me, but the process seemed a bit rushed. The wait was reasonable, given that only a handful of people were ahead of me. I will add, however, that the room was a bit cramped. It was a little disorganized, as opposed to other airline offices I have previously visited. The check-in stations were spread around, and I could see some of the workers struggling to accomplish multiple things simultaneously, which caused the office to feel somewhat disorganized.
