I had my elderly parents with me and was pleasantly surprised at how understanding the terminal staff were. The assistance desk easily arranged for wheelchair assistance and saw us through security without any hitches. All felt designed for traveler comfort. The restrooms were clean and obviously maintained on a regular basis. The crew even made time to introduce us to where our gate is and how the boarding process goes.
