I took an early morning trip and was astounded by the professionalism and kindness of the Delta Airlines ORD Terminal. The gate agents were helpful and accommodating, even allowing me to easily transfer seats. The lounge space was very well-kept and unusually quiet for such a busy airport. A+ service all around.
