My cousin and I recently went to the KLM Airlines Shanghai Office to get information with our traveling arrangements. Even though we had little experience booking overseas flights, the staff made the process incredibly simple for us. They communicated clearly and with great kindness. They assisted us in selecting our seats, purchasing our tickets, and even providing information on the board food. The office was comfortable and peaceful. We felt cared for and at ease.
