I was a little concerned when my pet and I recently arrived at the Scoot Airlines Bangkok Office . The personnel, however, looked after us very well and made sure that everything for my pet's trip went smoothly. The staff was kind and able, and the procedure was completed quickly. They put us at ease and went over all the essential steps. There were no long lines and the office is in a handy location.
